DB Converge 2024

As the convenor, I had the pleasure of working with AVHub LLC for our Don Bosco High School NA reunion event October 18th & 19th, 2024 at the Renaissance Hotel in Richardson. 

I would admit upfront that their exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations. From the outset, their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate last-minute changes to our slide and video presentations made a significant difference in the smooth execution of our program.

When we made a last-minute decision to upgrade to a large LED wall instead of conventional drop-down screens and projectors, AVHub LLC stepped up admirably. They assembled a dedicated team and fast-tracked the installation, ensuring everything was ready on time without compromising quality.

Our entertainment band also had high praise for AVHub’s state-of-the-art sound system and their seamless integration with the band’s onstage instruments. This level of preparedness ensured the music and performances went off without a hitch.

Special thanks go to AVHub team, whose technical expertise and professionalism were invaluable. Their ability to understand our needs and recommend cost-effective solutions within our budget constraints was a testament to their skill and dedication. Their proactive, dependable, and personable approach made the entire experience a pleasure.

We are deeply grateful for AVHub LLC’s outstanding service and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and resourceful A/V partner.
